Protein packed snack balls

Here's what you need

  • 140g Oats
  • 60g Walnuts or Almonds
  • 30g shredded coconut
  • 20g Chia seeds
  • 70g Tahini
  • 70g Dates
  • 80g Maple syrup

and here's what you do..

  1. Weigh all your ingredients
  2. Blend your oats and nuts seperately and combine in mixing bowl.
  3. Cut up your dates to a gooey paste like plump and add to the mixing bowl.
  4. Mix in your chia seeds and wet ingredients and mix wll with a spoon or by hands until evenly distributed.
  5. Now form about 8 balls of equal size with your hands and cover them in your fridge and voila!
