Protein packed snack balls
Here's what you need
- 140g Oats
- 60g Walnuts or Almonds
- 30g shredded coconut
- 20g Chia seeds
- 70g Tahini
- 70g Dates
- 80g Maple syrup
and here's what you do..
- Weigh all your ingredients
- Blend your oats and nuts seperately and combine in mixing bowl.
- Cut up your dates to a gooey paste like plump and add to the mixing bowl.
- Mix in your chia seeds and wet ingredients and mix wll with a spoon or by hands until evenly distributed.
- Now form about 8 balls of equal size with your hands and cover them in your fridge and voila!
