Banana Apple Bread

Here's what you need..

    • 2-3 very ripe bananas
    • 1 large apple
    • 60ml Maple Syrup (dark or very dark)
    • 40g butter melted/unsalted
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
    • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    • 180g all purpose flour

..and here's how to make it!

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
  2. Squish your bananas with a fork and add them to a large bowl. We will use only one bowl so make sure it has enough space to hold everything.
  3. Grate the apple and add it to the mixing bowl.
  4. Weigh and add all other ingredients to your bowl adding the flower last. Depending on the size of your bananas, eggs and apple you can now adjust the amount of flower. Add 2/3 of the flower, stir and add more and more until you get a thick but still runny batter.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper ad pour your batter. Bake until the toothpick comes out dry.
  6. Let it rest for twenty minutes and enjoy!
